The Passenger

The Provider agrees to provide transportation for tours and charter services throughout Prince Edward Island.
The Provider is responsible for transportation only and is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage occurring once a passenger exits the vehicle.
Passengers assume full responsibility for their actions at all stops, including the consumption of food or alcohol.
The Provider reserves the right to remove any passenger who is intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe. Any costs associated with removal or transport will be the responsibility of the passenger.
By booking, passengers acknowledge they are 19 years of age or accompanied by a guardian and agree to release the Provider from all liability including injury, loss, or death.
This agreement is binding upon all parties.
